This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The claimants/respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount of compensation subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that they will return the entire amount in case the appeal is decided against them alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court.
