Perused the application. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 17/02/2020 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to file. The application is disposed of.
Writ Petition No.2741/2019 :
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the original petitioner had on 18/12/2017 approached the State Government with a prayer to grant him appropriate pay-scale pursuant to his promotion. It is submitted that if this request is considered by the State Government, the grievance of the petitioner could be redressed.
In view of aforesaid, the petitioner's representation dated 18/12/2017 be considered by the competent authority under the Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai-respondent No.1 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving copy of this order. The decision be taken in accordance with law and the same may be communicated to the petitioners. Keeping all points raised on merit in this writ petition open, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
