The respondent no.1 original claimant has moved present application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company in this Court.

The respondent was working as a driver. His right hand is amputated due to accidental injury. He has lost his livelihood. He wants to implant artificial limb. The accident had occurred on 01.01.2018. The appeal is

caf2709.24.O.odt also not likely to be decided in near future. The respondent no.1 is, therefore, permitted to withdraw Rs.15,00,000/- out of the amount of Rs.25,37,298/- deposited by the appellant, on furnishing usual undertaking.
