DATED : 29/01/2019 The learned advocate for the petitioner - original defendant has pointed out the judgment passed in R.C.S. No. 09/2006 on 15/10/2018 by which the claim of the respondents - original plaintiffs is decreed. The trial Court has decreed the claim of the plaintiffs for Rs. 9,000/- towards the arrears of rent, alongwith interest @ 6% p.a. It is submitted that in view of the disposal of the civil suit, this petition which arises out of the interlocutory order passed in the civil suit, is rendered infructuous.

The writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
