Perused the impugned judgment. I find an arguable case is made out. The revision application cannot be decided finally at this stage. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended during pendency of the

941-REVN-204-17 2/2 appeal. Hence until further orders the sentence of imprisonment shall remain suspended subject to the applicant depositing an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in this Court within period of four weeks from today. The applicant is entitled for bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the appellate Court subject to furnishing fresh bail bond.
