The interim protection was granted on 19/11/2025. At that time, the statement was made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that dispute is in between the cousin brothers and there is every possibility of compromise between both the parties.

Today the complainant is present and has stated that the matter is compromised as both of them are cousins. He has given an affidavit. It is taken on record. 3.

As the matter is compromised and the complainant is present, the protection granted on 19/11/2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
