This application is filed by Babarao S/o Chandusingh Rathod to intervene in the appeal. During the pendency of this application, said applicant Babarao S/o Chandusingh Rathod is reported to be dead. 2.

In view of that, this application has become infructuous, hence disposed of.

This application is seeking permission to intervene in the matter by one Janabai Babarao Rathod. 2.

As per her contention, she was elected in the election of new executive body. However, the change report in respect of the above said change is not approved by the Assistant Charity Commissioner.

The applicant Janabai Babarao Rathod shall submit the document showing the status of said change report before the Assistant Charity Commissioner which will assist this Court to dispose of this application. 4.
