CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.

DATE : APRIL , 2019.

Considering reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the review application is condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. ST. NO. 22241/2018.

The applicants seek review of the judgment dated 22.09.2017 by which the writ petition filed by the petitioners challenging the order passed by the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur has been dismissed.

It is submitted that the aspect of grant of back wages to the respondent no.1 has not been adverted to either by the University and College Tribunal while allowing the appeal or by the learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In the backdrop of the fact that the special leave petition challenging the very same judgment stands dismissed on 06.08.2018 coupled with the fact that the order of termination has been found to be illegal, I do not find any error apparent on the face of record warranting invocation of review jurisdiction.

CAO2052-18 The review application is therefore dismissed. JUDGE APTE
