DATED : 27/01/2020 Learned advocate for the applicant (original respondent no. 2) states that as per his instructions, the elections of the Executive Committee of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee have been held, though after the expiry of period as directed by this Court by the order passed in W.P. No. 5766/2016 on 02/07/2018. It is submitted that in view of this subsequent event, the prayer made in the civil application for extension of time to comply with the directions given by this Court does not survive. In view of the above, the civil application filed by the applicant (original respondent no. 2) is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE JUDGE ANSARI
