Heard learned Advocate for the appellant.

First Appeal bearing Stamp No.27743/2017 came to be dismissed for non-removal of ofÏce objections by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 04/02/2019. Now, the appellant is ready to deposit the deficit court fee.

There is delay in filing the restoration application. For the reasons stated in both the applications, they need to be allowed. Hence, the order.

Both the applications are allowed. Delay caused in filing the restoration application is
