In extraordinary jurisdiction, we refrain from causing any interference, particularly having regard to the affidavit of the petitioner duly sworn and submitted on 14-9-2020. 5.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise a dispute under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
