The acquiring body seeks direction to transfer excess amount of Rs. 88,898/- from this appeal to First Appeal (St) No. 1693/2019. It is brought to the notice that first name of the claimant in both these appeals one in the same therefore, due to confusion, excess amount has been deposited in this appeal.

Considering above aspect, the Registrar to verify the calculation and on satisfaction, transfer excess amount of Rs. 88,898/- to First Appeal No. 1693/2019.
