The applicant has filed this application apprehending the arrest as the complaint is lodged by the complainant that there was agreement between the complainant and the applicant about development of the land. There is dispute about the area of development. According to the complainant as per the agreement it was 5000 square Meters and sanctioned map shows that it was 3089 square meters. Therefore, the complaint was lodged. Yet the crime is not registered, but the applicant has received the notice. After receiving first notice, the applicant attended the police station and submitted the documents to Crime Branch. Now again, the applicant has received the notice, therefore he is having apprehension of registration Kavita

2 / 2 8- aba 831-25 of crime against him. As the applicant has received the notice and it is confirmed by the learned APP that only for investigation purpose he was called, direction is given not to take any coercive action.

If the crime is registered, the applicant is free to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application.
