DATED : 03/03/2021 By this application, the applicants/appellants have sought to condone the delay of 400 days in filing the present appeal against the judgment and award dated 21.04.2017 in L.A.C. No.63 of 2014.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned, Civil Application stands disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4212 OF 2019 Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the principle amount has been deposited before the Reference Court and seeks time to deposit the balance decreetal amount with interest component.

He states that the cheque is ready and the same shall be deposited within one week. Hence, time is extended by one week.

The execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and Award is stayed till the disposal of the Appeal. It is made clear that in the event the amount is not deposited within one week, the stay order shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
