By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Additional Sessions Court, Yavatmal below Exhibit 7 in Criminal Appeal No.31/2024 to the extent that the execution of non-bailable warrant/ recovery warrant issued by the J.M.F.C., Kalamb in OMCA 09/2024 is stayed.
