2] Writ Petition No.6597/2019 between the parties is pending before this Court.

3] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since he would be pursuing Writ Petition No.6597/2019 so as to enable the expeditious hearing of H.M.P. No.170/2012 before the trial Court.

4] Since I find that the impugned order does not result in clubbing H.M.P. No.170/2012 with H.M.P. No.284/2019, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. No costs.
