When the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel Shri E.N.Quazi for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. 3.
The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for dismissal of the application.

The applicant is in jail. In this view of the matter, it is expected from learned Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur, Sessions Trial No.211/2019 be decided in accordance with law within a period of one year from date of receipt of writ of this order.
