DATED : JANUARY 08, 2020 These are the applications filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of the writ petition as against respondents No.1 and 4 for condonation of delay in making the application for restoration and for providing correct addresses of the said respondents. 2.
The writ petition stood dismissed as against respondents No.1 and 4 by order of the learned Registrar dated 28/09/2018, on account of failure on the part of the petitioner to provide the correct address of the said respondents.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Consequently, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored as against respondents No.1 and 4. The petitioner is directed to amend the cause title to incorporate the correct addresses of
2 wp1905.18.odt respondents No.1 and 4 as given in Civil Application (CAW) No.38/2020. The amendment be carried out within a week.

Upon amendment being carry out, issue fresh notice to respondents No.1 and 4 on their correct addresses, returnable in four weeks.
