The learned counsel for the applicant states that he withes to withdraw the present application in view of the pendency of Section 482 Cr.P.C. application with liberty to file the application, in case occasion arises after disposal of Section 482 Cr.P.C. application.
Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
