Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, in the year 2016, the offer of land was issued by the respondents to the petitioner and the petitioner also paid the Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.60,000/- via demand draft on 1st June, 2016 and finally on 2nd December, 2022, the allotment order for Plot No.A-45 was issued by the respondent No.3 in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, the entire consideration was paid by the petitioner. In spite of this, according to the petitioner, the respondent-Authorities have not handed over the physical possession. The petitioner has therefore made several representations, but the same have not been taken to their logical end. 2.

In view of this, we direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 6th September, 2025 at Annexure-XIX within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
