The limited grievance of the applicant is that Summary Criminal Case No.326337/2012 is yet to be disposed of and the trial is proceeding at a snail's pace.

Considering that the matter is pending in the trial Court since the year 2012, we request learned trial Judge to expedite the trial and to dispose of the same, if possible within the next nine months.
