The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that though the present revision application along with the delay condonation application is filed for challenging the order of maintenance granted to the non-applicant/wife but during the pendency of these applications, the parties have settled the dispute amicably and also obtained decree for divorce. In view of the same the present criminal application i.e. APPR No. 392/2023 along with the criminal revision application (ST) No. 9700/2023 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
