At the outset, learned counsel Shri S.A.Dhawas for the petitioner, submits that looking to change in circumstance, he wishes to withdraw the criminal writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file proceedings under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before appropriate Court.
