It appears that the proceedings are still pending. The learned Magistrate is supposed to either accept the B-Summary and proceed further or reject and direct the further investigation or on the basis of whatever is there to take cognizance. The present petitioner is the original complainant/informant, who has prayed that the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-7, Nagpur, should be directed to decide the said summary and the objections filed by him within a fixed period. 4.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner's Advocate representing before Judicial Magistrate First Class-7, Nagpur, would conclude his argument on 12.07.2024 and in case, those arguments are concluded on that day the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-7, Nagpur, to decide those matters on or before 14.08.2024 with this directions, the petition stands disposed of and compliance be reported.
