NOVEMBER 10, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By this application, the original respondent No.1 is seeking an extension of time to deposit the amount which was directed by this Court vide order dated 21/08/2025 as per clause(c) and (d) of the operative order.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will deposit Rs.10 Lakh within three days, and the remaining balance amount will be deposited within a period of one month thereafter.

4) By way of last indulgence, time is extended for a period of one month. If the applicant fails to deposit the amount, interest @8% p.a. as directed by this Court to follow. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted on whatsoever reason.
