At the outset, he has invited our attention to page-13 i.e., representation dated 09/10/2025 submitted by him to the Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Dhanki.

He further submits that the said representation has still not been decided. Since the issue is still not decided, we direct the respondentChief Officer to decide the representation dated 09/10/2025 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of order passed today before the respondent- Chief Officer within a period of two weeks from today.
