This is an application for restoration of the present writ petition which stood dismissed in default by order dated 06.09.2018. The record shows that this writ petition was dismissed in default on earlier occasions also.

In this backdrop, as a matter of last chance, for the reasons stated in the application, the writ petition is restored subject to the petitioner depositing costs of Rs.5000/- with High Court Bar Association, Nagpur and filing a proof of deposit of the same, within a period of one week from today.
