The petitioner was served with the order of termination while she was in contractual employment of the respondent on 25-08-2022 and was relieved from service vide order dated 29-08-2022.

The petitioner appears to have preferred two appeals. One against an order of termination dated 25-08-2022 and another vide order dated 29-08-2022 whereby she was relieved from service.

This Court while passing the order in Writ Petition No.7918/2022 along with Civil Application (W) No.2761/2022 directed the respondents, the appeal preferred against the order dated 29-08-2022 to be decided within three months.

Against the order of relieving, the petitioner cannot say that her substantial right has been violated pursuant to the principal order of termination dated 25-08-2022. The appeal preferred against the principal order of termination dated 25-08-2022 was already heard and decided on 26-10-2023. 5.

In that view of the matter, we hardly see any reason to invoke the contempt jurisdiction in the present matter. 6.

We dispose of the petition as the petitioner acknowledges the receipt of order dated 26-10-2023. It is open for her to question the same in accordance with the law. 7.
