This is an application for condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the accompanying revision application. It is pointed out that the applicant herein was undergoing medical treatment and that for the said reason, the revision application could not be filed within time. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.

This revision has been filed by the applicant as she is dissatisfied with the quantum of maintenance granted by the Family Court at Nagpur. The learned counsel informs that the order passed by the Family Court is also challenged by the non-applicant by filing Criminal Revision No. 50 of 2019.

Hence, issue notice returnable in four weeks.
