ATE : DECEMBER 13, 2024 1) Learned Counsel for the petitioner tendered across the bar an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.20 on record, as during the pendency of the petition on 30/09/2024, respondent No.20 expired.

2) Learned Counsel Mr. Deshpande, appearing for respondent No.21, has not disputed the said fact and submitted that before the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, he had already brought the legal heirs of respondent No.20 on record. 3) In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).

4) The amendment shall be carried out within one week. After carrying out the amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondents, i.e., the legal heirs of respondent No.20, returnable after vacation.
