There is delay of 75 days caused in preferring the criminal revision application.

The contention is that the file of the application was misplaced in the office of the counsel for applicant, therefore, the criminal revision application could not be preferred. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the delay does not appear to be intentional one, the delay of 75 days caused in preferring the revision application is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of.

The criminal revision application be registered and numbered accordingly.

CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION (ST) NO.9713 OF 2023 6.

The revision challenges the order dated 11.05.2023, passed by the learned Family Judge, Akola, thereby enhancing the maintenance amount from Rs.10,000/- to TAMBE
