Since the order dated 03.03.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.1565 of 2016 was not complied with, this Court took suo-moto cognizance of the contempt vide order dated 27.11.2017.

The respondents have filed affidavit-in-reply and stated that the petitioners were absorbed vide order dated 12.03.2018 in Urdu Medium School run by Nagar Parishad Umarkhed, District- Yavatmal. Thus, there is compliance of the order dated 03.03.2017 in Writ Petition No.1565 of 2016. The learned advocate for the

1 CP-292-2017 original petitioners makes a grievance that the petitioners are not paid salary of the intervening period till their absorption.

Since the order dated 03.03.2017 is complied with, the contempt petition is disposed of. The original petitioners are at liberty to approach appropriate forum for ventilating their grievance of unpaid salary.
