ATE : DECEMBER 16, 2024 1) Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the application and record.

2) By this application, the applicant again seeks leave to travel to Dubai from 18/12/2024 to 23/12/2024 as the respondents issued a Look Out Circular against him. 3) It seems that earlier, by orders dated 11/08/2023, 08/09/2023, and 17/05/2024, this Court granted permission to the petitioner to travel abroad subject to compliance with the undertaking.

4) Having considered the same, as per the undertaking given by the applicant/petitioner as per the order dated 11/08/2023, we deem it appropriate to permit him to travel abroad subject to the petitioner paying costs of Rs.75,000/- in

2 23-wp 4991.2023.doc the light of the order dated 11/08/2023, to be deposited to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur.

5) Thus, it is directed that the lookout circular issued at the behest of respondent No.3 shall not be implemented for the period from 18/12/2024 to 23/12/2024. The petitioner is permitted to travel to Dubai subject to compliance with the undertaking mentioned in 'Ground E' in the writ petition. On returning back, the petitioner shall attend the Office of respondent No.3.

6) The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for Respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to communicate this order to the respective parties for necessary steps to be taken.

7) Mr. Chavan, learned Senior Counsel, submits that the matter can be disposed of at the next hearing. 8) The application is allowed in terms of the aforesaid order and disposed of.

9) The parties are to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.

10) Stand over to 20/12/2024.
