During the pendency of the Letter Patent Appeal the appellant and the respondent no. 3 have entered into compromise terms which have been signed by the respective parties. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the appellant and the respondent no. 3 have no objection for having the proceedings disposed of in aforesaid terms.

In view of that the Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 12.12.2019. The terms thereof shall be binding on the appellant and the respondent no. 3. If, in terms of clause (iii) of the compromise, the proposal for approval to the reinstatement of the respondent no. 3 is submitted to the Deputy Director same shall be considered on its own merit within a period of three months from that date. Letters Patent Appeal as well as Civil Application are disposed of.
