DATED : JANUARY 16, 2020 Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw present application, in view of filing of charge-sheet before the appropriate Court. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh in view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet. It is made clear that the case of the applicant is not heard on its own merit.
