This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No. 876/2019, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court (Coram: Z. A. Haq & M. G. Giratkar, JJ.) on 13.11.2019.

Today, when this application was taken up for hearing in the morning session, applicants as well as learned counsel for applicants were absent. Therefore, the matter was kept in the second half. In the second half also, applicants as well as their counsel are not present. There is also no request for adjournment. This shows that the applicants as well as their counsel are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

The application is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
