By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant is challenging registration of the First Information Report No. 73/2018. 3.
Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that during the pendency of the present application, the non-applicant No.1 has filed charge-sheet against the applicant. The application has therefore, become infructuous.

The application is therefore, disposed of, as infructuous with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in relation to filing of charge-sheet.
