By the judgment dated 12.12.2023, this Court had allowed the petition and held that the reservation under Reservation No.34 (Garden) had lapsed and had granted permission to utilize the said land as being as utilized by the adjoining owners. However, the directions as contemplated under SubSection (2) of Section 127 of the MRTP Act, remained to be issued due to inadvertence. Hence, Prity
