By the present application, the respondent no.1 is seeking direction to the petitioner to forward the corrected pension case of the respondent no.1 to respondent no.2 - Education Officer.

In my view, the respondent no.2 should take responsibility of such petty issues. The respondent no.2 who is empowered to take action against the management in terms of the provisions of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Act and Rules made thereunder which includes issuance of directions to the management to cancel the appointment made without following due procedure of law. With such powers, respondent no.2 should be able to deal with petty issues of seeking from management the requisite proposal, if the
caw3186.24.O.odt requisite proposals or other such proposals are not submitted by the management. Further, the persons like respondent no.1 should approach Education Officer and not this Court for redressal of such grievances.

As such, the learned counsel for management submits that corrected proposal for pension is already forwarded to respondent no.2, the fact remains that respondent no.1 has unnecessarily approached this Court for such relief by filing present application. The application is accordingly disposed of.
