Mr. A.A. Madiwale, AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3/State. CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ.
DATED : 15-01-2025 The only grievance raised in the petition is that the respondent No. 3 is not deciding the representations dated 30.10.2024, 7.11.2024 and 27.11.2024 made by the petitioner to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Considering the limited relief sought, no notice is required to be issued to respondent No.4. Mr. Madiwale, the learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. We therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representations indicated above made by the petitioner, one way or the other, in terms of the law applicable. The same shall be done positively within a period of four weeks from today. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
