The statement in the application, which is supported by solemn affirmation, is that the respondents have paid Rs.50,000/- in cash on 04-12-2017 to the appellant and the balance amount of Rs.1,12,497/- shall be paid on or before 15-1-2018.

In view of the statement on oath, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

The respondents are put on notice, that the withdrawal is only in view of the statement on oath that the balance amount shall be paid on or before 15-1-2018. 4.

If the amount is not paid as solemnly undertaken on oath, the respondents shall face action under the

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
