The first appeal came to be dismissed for not filing the private paper-book within time. Now, the appellant is ready with the private paper-book.

Hence, there is delay of 257 days in filing restoration application. The reasons are convincing in both the applications. Hence the order:-

Both applications are allowed.

ii. The delay caused in filing restoration application is condoned subject to filing the private paper-book within a period of two weeks.
