O R D E R

(Dated 08/02/2020) Both the parties along with their Advocates are present. Both the parties have amicably settled their claim in full and final settlement. The decreetal amount of Rs.13,11,232/- (Rs. Thirteen lakhs eleven thousand two hundred and thirty two only) has already been deposited in the Labour Court, Nagpur.

Out of the aforesaid amount, respondent No.1 will get Rs.4,58,930/- (Rs. Four lakhs fifty eight thousand nine hundred and thirty only) with accrued proportionate interest from 24/10/2018, and amount of Rs.8,52,302/- (Rs. Eight lakhs fifty two thousand three hundred and two only) be refunded to the appellant - National Insurance Company Ltd. with accrued proportionate interest. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
