Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, the learned Counsel has invited our attention to the communication dated 27.06.2025 issued by the Collector to the Tahsildar, Daryapur by which certain action was asked to be taken by the Tahsildar. It is the contention of the petitioner that though there is specific direction, the same has not been honoured. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct Tahsildar, Daryapur to act on communication dated 27.06.2025 within eight weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
