CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.3617/2023:

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.70,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court. It is reported that applicant is in dire financial need due to the medical treatment as she is suffering from cancer. The medical documents are placed on record to substantiate such need.

The learned counsel for the petitioner opposes such application on the ground that no opportunity was given to him before the concerned authorities to substantiate his claim. He also submits that there are other children who are also required to contribute.

The applicant is the mother of the petitioner is unable to provide for medical treatment, and therefore, she is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/- along with interest deposited with this Court. The Registry to transfer such amount in the bank account of the applicant by R.T.G.S. method. The applicant shall provide the bank details to the Registry for the purpose of transferring such amount.

Since the applicant is suffering from cancer, physical verification before the Registrar is dispensed with. However, the necessary documents including Aadhar Card, Pan Card, etc. and the bank details shall be provided. 6.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. WRIT PETITION NO.7768/2023:
