DATE : 15/02/2018 The learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered a pursis in the Court today. It is stated in the pursis that he has returned the entire case papers pertaining to this family court appeal to the appellant and the acknowledgment of the receipt is annexed to the pursis.

It appears from the acknowledgment that the case papers were returned to the applicant - appellant before nearly two months. It appears that the applicant has not engaged another Counsel and this shows that the applicant must not be desirous of prosecuting the appeal.

Hence, we dispose of the civil application as well as the family court appeal. No costs.
