Learned counsel for the applicant does not press this revision application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however, submits that Criminal Revision No.378/2017 preferred by the respondent, which is pending before the Sessions be expedited and be made time bound. Accordingly, the criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn. Hearing of Criminal Revision Application No.378/2017 filed by the respondent herein, in the Court of Sessions is expedited. The learned Judge shall decide the said revision application as expeditiously as possible and in any event before 31.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant to bring the said order to the notice of the learned Judge, before whom the revision is pending as well as shall inform the respondents' advocate in the Sessions Court within two weeks from today. The criminal revision is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
