Respondent no.1/claimant is seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.18,58,782/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No.1013/AMT/BLD/2022 alongwith interest.

Learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body is not having any objection for such withdrawal. 4.

As such, respondent no.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon till date of filing application before the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation
