NOVEMBER 11, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) The present petition is directed against the order passed by learned Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur in REV/TNC/AKO-42/2016 dated 13/06/2019, whereby order dated 16/05/2016 passed by Sub Divisional Officer as well as the Tahsildar's order dated 06/01/2015 were set aside and District Collector, Akola was directed that the enquiry to be conducted by the some other Tahsildar.

3) I have gone through the order passed by the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur and upon perusal, I do not find any perversity in the findings thereof to interfere with its order under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
