The legal representative of deceased respondent No.1/claimants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.10,45,564/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No.1010/AMT/BLD/2022 along with the interest.

Though the learned counsel for the appellant, acquiring body submitted that only 75% of the total amount be allowed to be withdrawn, but the enhancement granted by the learned Reference Court appears to be only 1.5 times.

As such, the legal representatives of deceased nd.thawre

respondent No.1, as mentioned in the application, are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon till date on filing application before the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur and usual undertaking to the satisfaction of that authority.
